Our Journey

Season to Soar was founded in 2017 in direct response to the alarming poverty rates in Chicago, where nearly 1 in 2 residents lives at or below the low-income threshold. With over 200,000 children impacted by poverty in the city alone, we saw a critical need to act.

Our organization began with a simple belief: underserved communities deserve to be prioritized—not left behind. What started as a local initiative distributing school supplies has grown into a global movement that fosters leadership, education, and opportunity across borders.

• Over 200 youth engaged in global Virtual Exchange programs

• 60 youth in Chicago empowered through the Global Leadership Program

• Community-focused programs implemented across 3 continents

• Hundreds of students equipped with essential school supplies
