Our Global Leadership Youth Program empowers middle school students to become agents of change through leadership training, global awareness, and community problem-solving.
About the GLY Program
The Global Youth Leadership (GLY) Program is a two-quarter initiative designed to prepare middle school students for leadership in a global society. Through structured problem-solving, international collaboration, and immersive training, students learn to tackle real-world challenges while developing core leadership skills.
The program emphasizes:
Exposure to global issues and diverse perspectives
Training in leadership, communication, and research
Action through student-led solutions for community challenges

Season to Soar offers flexible pricing options:
Special Offer (2025–2026): $500 per classroom
8-week virtual program (April–June, post-spring break)
Traditional Pricing:
$250/month per student
Example: $20,000 per cohort of 15 students for a 5-month program
Legacy Pricing: $2,000 per classroom for a 20-week session (full school year)
Pricing may vary based on cohort size, program length, and delivery format.
Each session is typically 1 hour, once per week.
Program durations include:
18-week program (half-year; ideal for fall or spring enrollment)
36-week program (full academic year; ideal for program continuity and funding alignment)
We work closely with our partners to schedule sessions on a day that works best for their calendar and needs.
Season to Soar can administer the program either in-person or virtually, based on your school or organization’s preference and logistical requirements.
