Behind the Vision

Kymbria Young is a dynamic leader whose journey spans Fortune 500 boardrooms to global humanitarian efforts. With a strong foundation in corporate leadership at top-tier companies like JPMorgan Chase and PepsiCo, Kymbria honed a skill set that would later fuel her greater calling—community transformation.

In 2016, she boldly stepped away from corporate America to launch Season to Soar, a nonprofit rooted in equity, empowerment, and social change. Her decision was driven by an unwavering passion for uplifting underserved communities and dismantling systemic barriers.

Kymbria holds a B.A. in English from Spelman College and an M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications from Roosevelt University. She is also pursuing a doctoral degree in Social Entrepreneurship, continuing her commitment to impact-driven leadership.

A global citizen at heart, Kymbria has explored nearly 20 countries across five continents. Whether traveling the world or spending cherished time with her sons, she remains grounded in purpose, compassion, and the belief that everyone deserves the chance to soar.
