Season to Soar offers a range of mission-driven programs designed to empower youth, strengthen communities, and eliminate barriers to opportunity. Each initiative reflects our commitment to leadership, education, and humanitarian impact—locally and globally. Your support fuels these efforts, helping us expand our reach and deepen our impact. Empowering the next generation of global citizens and servant leaders.
This multi-week program equips youth with the tools to lead, serve, and create change in their communities and beyond. Through engaging lessons on global citizenship, diversity, and the UN Sustainable Development Goals, participants build cultural awareness and leadership skills.
Youth take part in international cultural exchanges, receive hands-on leadership training, and lead their own service-learning projects focused on real-world issues. Delivered virtually or in person, the program blends education with action—challenging youth to think critically and act compassionately.

A powerful series of video interviews featuring inspiring leaders from across the globe. These individuals share their journeys, offer advice, and provide practical tips for success—encouraging students to reflect, engage, and grow as future leaders.
Our Global Leadership in Action programs empower underserved communities through meaningful, evolving initiatives that create lasting impact. While the focus may shift year to year, the mission remains the same: to drive positive change in under-resourced communities.
Past initiatives include:
Community beautification (e.g., park cleanups, school painting)
School supply and toiletry giveaways
Coat and food drives
Holiday programming and toy sponsorships
Meal distribution and shelter support
Earth Day and Juneteenth events
Global Leader Speaker Series (videos and panel discussions)
Economic Support Program – offering direct assistance (e.g., phone bill payments) to reduce barriers for students
Our programs have positively impacted more than 1,000 individuals to date.
In response to the ongoing challenges faced by low-income communities, we provide thoughtfully assembled care packs filled with essential items, gift cards, and messages of hope. These packs serve as a tangible reminder that no one is alone—and that support, dignity, and brighter days are always within reach.
Access to the internet is no longer a luxury—it’s a necessity. This initiative equips families with the technology and connectivity needed to support students in virtual learning environments. Our goal is to ensure every child has the tools to learn, connect, and succeed.
We believe that education is a pathway to empowerment. Our Soar Pack program provides essential school supplies to students in underserved communities—helping them start each academic year equipped and encouraged, whether at home or in the classroom.
